Retired St. Paul Police Officer Arrested, Accused Of Abuse
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- A retired St. Paul police officer has been arrested after a teenager said he punched him "for no reason."
Clemmie Tucker, Sr. was an officer in the St. Paul Canine unit in the '80s. Last weekend, officers were called to the St. Paul group home where he was a counselor.
The boy said he and Tucker got into a fight while playing video games. A surviellance video shows he got a black eye and other bruises on his face from Tucker, who kicked and punched him.
Tucker has been fired from the group home.
