Winter Wine Fest

Nothing pairs better with Valentine’s Day weekend than wine tasting.

The Minnesota Grape Growers Association is celebrating their 40th anniversary with Winter Wine Fest.

Taste samples from 40 of the best wine makers in the Midwest and enjoy food from local artisan vendors.

Winter wine fest is Friday night at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.

Tickets are $40.

Minnesota Golf Show

Get into the swing of things at the 25th annual Venture Bank Minnesota Golf Show.

Dozens of golf industry exhibitors will be showing off the latest in golf equipment, gadgets, gifts, garb and getaways.

This takes place Friday through Sunday at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Admission $13 for adults, kids get in free.

Art Shanty Projects

The Art Shanty Projects is back on White Bear Lake after a year hiatus.

The ice shanty village features several elaborate art installations created by 125 artists. The gallery is free and open every weekend in February on the north shore of White Bear Lake.

Carnaval At International Market Square

Time to Celebrate Carnaval at International Market Square! Over 80 singers, drummers, samba dancers, and artisans will transform the space into an authentically Brazilian experience.

There is a $10 family-friendly matinee from 3 to 6 p.m. An evening masquerade begins at 9 for $30.

Special Carriage Rides In Stillwater

If you’re looking for something to do with your sweetie, head to Stillwater. Free carriage rides along the river on Saturday night from 4 pm to 8 pm.
