One Person Found Dead In Fiery Cottage Grove Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A single vehicle crash left one dead in Cottage Grove Saturday morning.
Authorities were called to the area of Innovation Road south of Highway 61 for report of a possible fire. When they arrived, they discovered a vehicle on fire.
After putting out the fire, the Cottage Grove Fire Department found one person dead inside the car. There were no signs of additional occupants leaving the vehicle, according to police.
Police have not identified the victim and the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
