CHS Field To Host American Association All-Star Game

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- The St. Paul Saints announced Tuesday that CHS Field will serve as the host for this year's American Association All-Star Game.

The events will be held Aug. 1-2 in St. Paul. Festivities will start with a home run derby on All-Star Monday night. Youth baseball players from around the Twin Cities will be in the outfield to shag baseballs.

There will also be a celebrity softball game before the home run derby, and music will close out the night. The American Association All-Star Game is set for 7:05 p.m. on Aug. 2. There will also be a fireworks show after the game.
