Douglas County Seeks Public's Help Locating Missing Moorhead Man

Update (April 26, 2016): Officials announced on Tuesday that they made contact with Logan and that the missing person alert is canceled.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a missing Moorhead man.

According to authorities, Todd Richard Logan, 52, was last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday. They have reason to be concerned for his welfare.

Logan was last seen near the intersection of Wolf Creek Road NW and Severson Road NW in Douglas County. He is believed to be in northwest Douglas County now.

Authorities said family members told officers Logan's recent behavior had been very uncharacteristic of him.

Logan is described as being 6'3" tall and 230 pounds. He has blond hair, a slight mustache and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing black, shiny track pants and a tan t-shirt.

Officers do not believe that Logan is a threat to the public. Anyone with any information is asked to call 320-762-8151.
