Brainerd Police Looking For Missing Vulnerable Adult
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Brainerd Police are seeking the public's help in locating a vulnerable adult, missing since Wednesday night.
Police say 23-year-old Brandon Rich was last seen at his residence on the 800 block of South 6th Street in Brainerd Wednesday night at around 11 p.m. Investigators believe he may have left to go to downtown Brainerd.
He's described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He's about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. Authorities haven't released information about what he might be wearing.
Investigators say Rich is developmentally disabled, and has left home before without telling his father but always returned.
