Watch: Prince's Jet Makes Emergency Landing In Illinois

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Newly released video shows Prince's private jet moments after it made an emergency landing in Illinois, just days before his death last month.

Prince was on the way home from a concert on April 15 when his private plane had to make an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois just after 1 a.m. A report obtained by WCCO later said Prince's bodyguards had to carry him from the plane and into the ambulance.

Prince was rushed to the hospital, but left hours later. At the time, Prince's publicist said the music icon was only suffering from flu-like symptoms.

Days later on April 21, the music icon was found dead in an elevator at Paisley Park. Authorities have yet to determine an official cause of death.

In recently released security footage from the Quad Cities Airport in Moline, several emergency vehicles can be seen crowding around the private jet after landing while paramedics load the victim into an ambulance.

The hospital hasn't released any information about Prince's treatment at the facility.
