MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Negroni Week runs from June 6 through June 12, and it’s more than just a chance for you to try a colorful cocktail.

It’s an annual charitable event in which bars, restaurants and artisans around the globe pledge to donate a portion of their Negroni proceeds to charity.

The Negroni is a cocktail that’s made with just three ingredients — gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.

On Saturday, Mike’s Mix went to Heyday (which is holding a kickoff event Monday evening) to get their spin on the recipe.
