Waseca Man Gets 8th DWI With 2 Kids In Minivan
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Deputies stopped a Waseca man over the weekend for his 8th DWI in 30 years. This time, he had two little kids in his minivan.
Someone called 911 on Saturday when they spotted William Fuller's van in a ditch near Mankato.
A deputy arrived and noted an "overwhelming" smell of alcohol coming from the van.
According to the criminal complaint, an hour after being in custody, Fuller blew a .22 -- that's nearly three times the legal limit.
Fuller faces an additional charge for driving with a canceled license.
