'Voice' Star Gives Free Performance In Downtown Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Many downtown workers enjoyed a free concert over their lunch break Thursday.
Nicolas David, whose name you may recognize from the NBC show "The Voice," performed outside the downtown Minneapolis library Thursday.
Dozens of vibrantly painted pianos have been placed throughout the city for anyone to use, no matter your skill level. Each is painted with a specific downtown Minneapolis theme.
Throughout the summer, the pianos will feature local performers. Most of those scheduled shows are on Tuesdays.
