Body Recovered From Mississippi River In Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office says they recovered a body from the Mississippi River in Minneapolis Monday morning.
Authorities were called to the river south of the Franklin Avenue Bridge on a report of a body in the water at 10:08 a.m. They recovered the body of an adult woman.
The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is investigating. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner will determine the woman's identity and cause of death.
