MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — If you’ve worked in an office setting, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve had a cubicle. But, cubicles have been the target of complaints for years.

Now, a new study shows they could have a negative effect on employee morale and output.

Oxford Economics says cubicles are too distracting. Workers ranked “the ability to focus and work without interruptions” as being most important to them in their work environment.

And, more than half of those surveyed say they do not have the tools needed to handle workplace distractions.
