4 Things To Do Today From Saturday, August 6, 2016

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It's a #Top10WxDay Saturday, and there's plenty to do in the Twin Cities. Here are four ways to get out and enjoy this gorgeous summer day!

1. North Loop Fest is back and better than ever. There's live music and, new this year, a beer and burger battle. Tickets to those cost a little extra but attendance gets you three beers or three slider burgers from your favorite North Loop restaurants and brewers. North Loop Fest is $25 and goes from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Cuzzy's parking lot.

2. Enjoy the outdoors with a movie in the park. Starlight Cinema continues in Woodbury with the film "Inside Out" at Ojibway Park. Activities before the movie include music, trivia and giveaways like free ice cream. There's also going to be a hula hoop contest. The free fun starts at 7 p.m. before the movie gets going at 9.

3. How about a big pizza party? The Pizza Luce Block Party is happening all day at their downtown location. The free event is stacked with great acts like Charlie Parr, Lizzo and Holidae. A mixtape of the artists from this year can also be downloaded for free or you can donate money with proceeds going to a youth music education center.

4. The annual Uptown Art Fair features 350 fine artists from around the world. You'll see sculptures, paintings, ceramics, jewelry and much more. There's also live music, 25 different food vendors and a Summit Beer Garden. The fair goes from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and it's free.
