Cat Video Festival Returns Under New Sponsorship

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A new era of the Cat Video Festival begins Tuesday night in St. Paul.

The inaugural year of the St. Paul Saints' copycat festival of the one started by the Walker Art Center kicks off at CHS Field.

Gates open at 6 p.m. and the show begins around 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $10.

One new thing from the old event is videos this year can be submitted by fans.

People are also encouraged to wear cat-like costumes and the event will have cat-related family activities.
