Several people are now serving cheese cakes at their special day.
“A lot of people are kind of taken back at first like, ‘Is that made out of cheese,'” Fromagination owner Ken Monteleone said. “People come in wanting cheese for their special occasion, weddings. Monteleone said he started making these creations a few years ago, but the concept is now starting to take off.

Monteleone said block cheese can be hard to work with, and if the wedding is outside you have to be careful serving the soft cheeses.
