State Patrol: Motorcyclist Killed In Beltrami Co.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A motorcyclist is dead after a crash Friday night in Beltrami County.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident happened just before 10 p.m. on Highway 2 at 3rd Street Northwest.
The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was driving east on Hwy. 2 when a westbound Dodge Caravan turned south to make a left, crossing the eastbound lane.
The motorcyclist hit the van's front passenger side and died from the impact.
The driver of the van, 66-year-old Charles Hagen of Bemidji, was not injured.
The state patrol is investigating.
