Mpls. Ranks Behind Chicago On Best Biking Cities List

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- More people are using bikes to get where they need to go in the Twin Cities.

Minneapolis is one of the nation's best cities to bike in.

Bicycling Magazine ranks the City of Lakes at No. 6 when it comes to best bike cities in America.

St. Paul came in at 32nd on the list.

The cities received high praise for the Safe Routes to School program, our well-maintained trails, and the Nice Ride bike share system.

Chicago ranked number one for best bike city.
