MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minnesota Vikings’ wide receiver Stefon Diggs’ monster performance against division-rival Green Bay Packers did not go unnoticed.
On Wednesday, the team announced Diggs has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week. The second-year wideout currently leads the NFL overall this season with 285 receiving yards on 16 catches. In the team’s history, Randy Moss is the only wide receiver to post more receiving yards – 190 – against the Packers. That was on Oct. 5, 1998.

Diggs was selected in the fifth-round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He was the 20th wide receiver selected that year.
