Most of us have a few years in our life where maybe we over-did it a little bit. Too many late nights, too much partying. For Annie Miners, she was living the rock-n-roll dream.

The former promotions director for a Twin Cities rock radio station at the height of 80's excess, she LIVED "sex, drugs and rock-n-roll" and has the stories to prove it.

WCCO's Laura Oakes and Annie share a few that are clean enough to tell, learn how this crazy life eventually took its toll, and how Annie made the decision to leave everything behind and start a new, much quieter life far, far away ... living on her own boat in the Florida Keys.
