Gophers C Reggie Lynch Undergoes Knee Surgery

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Gophers announced Friday that redshirt junior center Reggie Lynch underwent a successful surgery on his left knee.

Lynch transferred to the team from Illinois State in 2015.

Earlier this year, he was arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct. Lynch was temporarily suspended from the team and reinstated when the Hennepin County Attorney's Office said there was insufficient evidence to charge Lynch.

The Gophers said Lynch will be sidelined for a month while recovering from the surgery.
