Red Cow is joining forces once again with Stillwater’s Lift Bridge Brewing Company to create the fifth beer in the “COWlaboration” series. This time, they are brewing up a coconut porter.READ MORE: Wisconsin Man Dies After Car Splits During Crash In Fridley
Made with the seasons in mind, the porter will have a warm, roasted character, reminiscent of flannel blankets and fall bonfires. It will finish with complimentary coconut aromas, conjuring memories of warmer weather.

The beer is expected to be available in Lift Bridge’s taproom, as well as Red Cow restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
