Twin Cities Black Film Festival Celebrates 14 Years

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The 14th Annual Twin Cities Black Film Festival is taking over St. Paul this weekend.

On Thursday, the festival will kick off at the Minnesota History Center. It runs Thursday through Sunday, and is four days filled with history, fashion and, of course, film.

Tickets cost $30 for the day, or $75 for all four days.
