Bloomington Teen's Clown Post Leads To Arrest
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Bloomington police say they arrested a 13-year-old boy after he posted what they're calling implied violence against Valleyview Middle School.
Police learned that the boy posted a message copied from the "Jeff the Clown" Instagram account onto his Facebook page.
Police say the boy later admitted to making the clown account himself and writing the text.
