MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Minnesota Vikings were on a bye this week, and yet they still managed to stay in the headlines and on social media.

During Sunday football covered, Fox NFL Sunday displayed a graphic for its slate of next week’s games. It includes a noon match-up of the Vikings on the road to take on the Philadelphia Eagles. It is Sam Bradford’s first time back in Philadelphia since being traded to the Vikings after Teddy Bridgewater’s season-ending knee injury.

Rick Spielman sent the Eagles a 2017 first-round pick and a conditional 2018 pick for Bradford. The graphic Fox showed during the Packers loss to the Cowboys clearly showed Bradford’s head on Bridgewater’s body. His frame was noticeably thinner than Bradford actually is, and he was wearing gloves on both hands. Bradford has played four games for the Vikings this year, and has never worn gloves.

The Vikings called out Fox Sports for the image on Twitter.

The trade has worked out well for both the Eagles and the Vikings. Philadelphia, with rookie and No. 2 overall pick Carson Wentz, started out 3-0 but is now on a two-game losing streak. Bradford has had four starts with the Vikings, who are 5-0 and the only undefeated team left in the NFL.
