MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — From Hillary Clinton celebrating 69th birthday to Jill Stein visiting Minnesota, here are the four stories to know for Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Campaign Latest

Hillary Clinton celebrates her 69th birthday Wednesday once again campaigning in Florida, as rival Donald Trump heads to North Carolina.

Trump spent a third straight day in the Sunshine State yesterday, denouncing Obamacare premiums set to skyrocket next year.

Despite holding a 3-point lead over Trump in Florida, Clinton urged supporters not to be complacent come election day.

Jill Stein In Minnesota

NOTE: Jill Stein’s stop in Minnesota was canceled. Her campaign says she has pneumonia.

Green Party candidate Jill Stein will make a stop in the Twin Cities. She is slated to hold a rally at Macalester College in St. Paul at 8 p.m.

Stein will speak after speeches from an FBI whistleblower, Minneapolis council member and a St. Paul Black Lives Matter activist.

Everyone is welcome to attend the event.

VW Settlement

Volkswagen will now have to pay out the largest auto-scandal settlement in U-S history.

A federal judge has approved a $15 billion settlement for claims following the emissions cheating controversy.

VW owners can choose between selling their cars back or having them repaired so they don’t spew excess pollution.

Pokémon Go Celebrates Halloween

Pokémon Go will give out treats for Halloween — through your phone, anyway.

Spookier characters will appear everywhere — along with treats — and players will get double the candy for catching new Pokémon.

The Halloween fun runs through Nov. 1.

  2. Three (3) Simple Questions would end Hillary’s ability to run for office, let alone be allowed to live in this country anymore.

    1) What was you Senior Thesis written about?
    2) Who was your Mentor in college?
    3) What was his Political Affiliation?

    End of story!
