MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Be careful where you park — with snow continuing to fall in the metro area, cities are beginning to declare snow emergencies for Sunday.

West St. Paul

On snow emergency routes, there is no parking after 2 a.m. until the routes are fully plowed. On all other streets, parking is prohibited after 8 a.m. until the street is fully plowed or until 8 p.m. (whichever comes first).

Cars parked on snow emergency routes after 2 a.m. will be towed. Cars on other streets and alleys will be tagged first and then towed if they are not moved.
