Holidazzle Cancels Sunday Festivities

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- If anyone plans an outdoor event during a Minnesota winter, you have to plan for the cold. There's just no way around it.

With a Christmas market in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, the organizers of Holidazzle had to come up with some ideas on how to stay warm.

CentrePoint Energy provides a warming house for the skate rink in the park, and they're giving away 2,000 Holidazzle scarves Saturday on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Holidazzle is open Saturday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., but they will be closed Sunday due to dangerous temperatures.

This is your last Saturday to enjoy the Christmas market. Holidazzle is packing up this Friday.
