Man Struck & Killed By Train In Morrison County
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 34-year-old old Sauk Centre man is dead after he was struck by a train in Morrison County Wednesday morning.
The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says at 3:14 a.m. the incident was reported of the man struck on the railroad tracks near Highway 10 and 60th Avenue.
Authorities say the Burlington Northern Santa Fe train was traveling north when it struck the man -- identified as Kyle Schiltz. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
