8 Arrested In New Ulm-Area Prostitution Sting, Report Says

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Eight people have been arrested in a prostitution sting in the New Ulm area, according to reports there.

According to Southern Minnesota News, the sting targeted those seeking sex with 16- and 17-year-old girls.

The suspects were booked at Brown County Jail on Friday and Saturday.

The reports say that they should all receive court hearings on expected charges of soliciting a minor to engage in prostitution.
