  1. Last month, I reported a dog stuck in a hot car. The dog turned out to belong to this officer, and he was incredibly rude and intimidating to me (or would have been, were I easily intimidated) – standing extremely close to me, telling me to mind my own damn business. Par for the course, nobody at MPD responded to my complaint. Maybe now he’ll be off the streets.
