MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Dustin Byfuglien and Matt Hendricks are two big names when it comes to Minnesotans in the NHL.

But it’s what they landed on an off day that’s grabbing the headlines. Byfuglien and Hendricks landed a huge fish in British Columbia on Tuesday. Take a look for yourself.

Byfuglien and Hendricks both play for the Winnipeg Jets. Hendricks is a Blaine native, and Byfuglien is from Minneapolis.

The two were part of a group of Jets players fishing for sturgeon on the Fraser River.
