Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Hit By Car In Uptown
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A man is in the hospital recovering after he was hit by a car in the Uptown neighborhood Wednesday evening.
According to Minneapolis Police, it happened at around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Lagoon and James Avenues. The man was crossing Lagoon Avenue when he was hit by a car that was turning from James Avenue.
The man was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center with "significant injuries." The driver stopped and is cooperating with police.
