7 Injured Following Head-On Crash In Golden Valley

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A head-on crash Sunday afternoon in the west metro sent seven people to hospital, including children.

The Golden Valley Police Department says the crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on Golden Valley Road, near the intersection of Bonnie Lane.

Emergency crews brought seven people, including some children, to local hospitals for medical treatment.

The conditions of the victims is unknown, but police say the injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

Golden Valley Road was partially closed near the scene of the crash as crews reconstructed the crash, which remains under investigation.
