St. Cloud Police: Pedestrian Killed By Hit-And-Run Driver
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say a man is dead after being struck by a hit-and-run driver Wednesday afternoon in downtown St. Cloud.
The victim was hit near 5th Avenue and 1st Street North just after 3 p.m. He later died from his injuries at St. Cloud Hospital.
Witnesses were able to help investigators identify the suspect vehicle, which was later found at a residence on the 1300 block of 12th Avenue North.
Jeremiah Markus Brown, 20, was arrested at the residence, and is awaiting criminal charges at the Stearns County Jail.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
