4 Officers Injured During Incident At St. Cloud Correctional Facility

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials say a corrections officer was assaulted Thursday morning at the Minnesota Correctional Facility-St. Cloud. Three other officers were also injured while responding to the assault.

All four officers were evaluated at the hospital and released.

The inmate was immediately taken to restrictive housing, authorities said, and the incident will be full investigated.

No additional information has been released at this time.
