Faribault Police Identify Young Girl Found Wandering Streets
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Faribault police say a young girl who was found walking the streets wearing only her pajamas has been identified. She is now in the custody of social services, pending an investigation, authorities said.
The girl was found in the area of Prairie Avenue and Kingswood Crescent early Saturday morning. Police say the girl was found safe, and the individual who identified the girl knew her address.
She was identified after police posted a photo of the girl on social media. Police say they have located her family.
