St. Paul Police: Man Shot In Payne-Phalen Neighborhood
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul police say a man was shot in the torso Thursday evening on the city's east side.
The shooting happened at about 7:34 p.m. in the area of Sims Avenue and Arcade Street.
The victim was taken to Regions Hospital, and their condition has not been released.
Police say the suspect is at large, and they are interviewing nearby residents Thursday night.
