MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Valleyfair announced Monday military members can attend the amusement park for free over the July 4 holiday weekend.

Free admission includes active military, retired military, National Guard, veterans and those who have been honorably discharged. The deal runs Thursday through Sunday.

To receive free admission, military members must present a valid military ID at the front gates. Valleyfair will also allow up to six family members to purchase tickets for $37.

    Based upon the 100 participants gang brawl last September 22nd (‘Law Enforcement Appreciation Day/Evening’), they better have the MN National Guard there for security.

    I hope that the MN State Troopers, a police helicopter, and the 6 Police Departments, required to evacuate the 15,000 people last September, have been notified to be on alert as well..

    My grandchildren daughter, and son-in-law were there.. NOT a fun time at the ‘Amusement’ Park…
