Fatal Motorcycle Crash In Franconia Township

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Sixty-six-year-old Ronald C. Carlson struck an unoccupied parked vehicle while riding his motorcycle Wednesday night in Center City, the Chisago County Sheriff's Office said. Carlson was pronounced dead at the emergency room after first responders performed CPR at the scene aroud 5 p.m.

Carlson was wearing a helmet and nobody else was injured when he crashed at 325 Summit Avenue. No substances or speed are believed to be factors in the crash, the office said.
