Recipe: Cardinal French 75

The new fall menu at P.S. Steak is inspired by New Orleans and is designed to feature celebratory turn of the century drinks.  Here's a cocktail recipe shared on WCCO's Mid-Morning.

Cardinal French 75

• 10mL simple syrup
• 20mL lemon juice
• 45mL Hennessy XO
• 50mL Ruinart Blanc de Blanc
