You can hear Richard Tellström talk about “Swedish Food Culture” this Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the American Swedish Institute. Wednesday evening is when you can try aquavit samples and Tellström will give a special talk. This Saturday at 11 a.m. is when Tellström will talk about “Lutfisk, herring and other fish traditions.” And Saturday is also when the “Holidays at American Swedish Institute” kicks off.
