Good Samaritans Rescue Snowshoer From Bloomington Lake
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A snowshoer is OK thanks to the quick thinking of two Good Samaritans Monday afternoon.
The Bloomington Fire Department says the two men saw a snowshoer fall through Lower Penn Lake. They paddled out to him in a kayak and pulled him out of the water.
The snowshoer wasn't hurt -- just cold and shaken. The fire department says no one should be on the ice anymore.
