Airport Offers 'Mock Flights' For Travel-Starved Consumers

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Would you want to answer a final boarding call for a flight -- to nowhere?

Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a Taiwan airport is satisfying travel-seekers with mock flights that don't leave the tarmac.

Groups of deprived jet-setters received boarding passes, went through security and immigration, and boarded the plane, but didn't take off.
