Eagan Police Seek Public's Help Finding Stolen Bike Built For Visually Impaired Resident

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in Eagan are asking for the public's help in locating a custom-built bike that was stolen.

Police say the bike was owned by a visually impaired resident.
