'We Call the Roll' Composition From Anthony Davis And Thulani Davis
Pulitzer Prize winning composer Anthony Davis (2020 Prize for The Central Park Five, also X, The Life and Times of Malcolm X, and Amistad) teams with Grammy Award winning librettist Thulani Davis (Amistad, Dark Passages) in a new composition We Call the Roll commissioned by The Lied Society and Schubert Club. The live audio stream of the world premiere, hosted by Trilloquy podcast host Garrett McQueen, will be broadcast Sunday, October 18 at 4pm.
