MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — St. Paul police say a 34-year-old man is now charged in the murder of Anna Marie Wagener.
Antonio Lorenzo Powell faces a second-degree murder charge for Wagener’s shooting death on Sept. 2 near the intersection of Arcade Street and Cook Avenue.
Powell is already in the Hennepin County Jail in connection to a separate case.
