A summer biking series is back in Minneapolis. Park and Rec hosts “Biking Without Barriers.”
That’s when a street is closed to cars the give riders a chance to rule the road, traffic-free. Sunday, West River Parkway shut down for a few hour between Lake Street and 46th Avenue South.
These events will happen once a month throughout the summer. Sunday’s closure was the first one of the season.
