Twin Cities Terror Suspect Changes Plea To GuiltyA Twin Cities man charged with leading a conspiracy to send several men to join ISIS changed his plea Thursday. Abdirizak Warsame, 20, is now pleading guilty to providing material support to the ISIS, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. He was originally arrested in December in Eagan.
