Terry Robert Hardy, 37, is the gymnastics coach at Park High School in Cottage Grove. He's been cited for two counts of tattooing minors without written parental consent. A 16-year-old girl told WCCO that Hardy gave her three tattoos and a tongue piercing, all inside his home.
