Best Gelato In The Twin Cities

Gelato is ice cream's slimmer cousin. Made from the same stuff as ice cream – milk, sugar and cream– gelato contains less butterfat and sugar than ice cream but remains extremely tasty. Because of the way it's frozen, which forms delicate and delicious ice crystals, gelato has more intense flavors than ice cream but doesn't keep as long. If you've never had it, you're missing out.
